Founded in 1996, CareResource Hawaii is a nonprofit joint venture of Kuakini Health System<\/a><\/strong> and The Queen\u2019s Health Systems<\/a><\/strong>. Our organization is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of members of the community and employees of Kuakini Health System and The Queen\u2019s Health Systems. Together as one, CareResource provides skilled and quality care across Oahu and Molokai, in the privacy of your and your loved one\u2019s own home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
